Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise stated.

This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns where legally permitted:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than the statutory deadline, typically within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
