Shipping Policy of WeevilEDC GmbH


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Countries within the European Union

  • United States of America

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout before the order is finalized.

The exact shipping costs depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • European Union: 2–5 business days

  • United States: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not binding unless explicitly agreed in writing.


4. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


5. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reliable shipping partners.
The specific carrier may vary depending on destination and availability.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU Shipments)

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.

WeevilEDC GmbH has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs clearance procedures

  • force majeure events

  • carrier delays

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

In such cases, delivery times may be extended accordingly.


8. Risk of Loss and Damage

For consumers within the European Union, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.

For business customers and deliveries outside the European Union, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping carrier, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.


9. Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, failure to collect the shipment), we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
